What are PCB Marketplace's hours of operation?

Our office hours are from 8 AM – 5 PM EST but we have customer service personnel available after office hours working with our offshore suppliers. Should you need assistance after office hours, please visit our Contact Us page for more information.

What is your holiday schedule?

PCB Marketplace follows the standard holiday schedule for North America.

What happens to my order during Chinese New Year?

Chinese New Year orders will be fulfilled as arranged, depending on your current agreement. New orders must be placed to avoid the New Year break on deliveries so get your orders in early to avoid the rush! The confirmed outage will occur between January 15th and February 2nd. We do however have other suppliers who can deliver during that time. Please order early and specify your delivery date as being within that period.

What information is needed for quote?

Specs (layer count, material, surface finish, board thickness, etc), Gerber files or PDF drawing of board, quantity and lead time requested.

What is PCB Marketplace's quote turn-around time?

It is the Marketplace's goal to return your quote within 24 hours or less.

Do you have a customer support team?

Absolutely. PCB Marketplace has a world-class support team responding to all requests in a timely manner. You can contact us via phone, email or contact form.

How quickly can I get my boards?

The delivery date varies according to a number of factors such as price, complexity of the specifications, engineering/manufacturing suggestions on material and process specs.

What are the Marketplace's policies on Blanket Orders/Stocking Programs?

PCB Marketplace will hold most blanket orders up to 1 year from order date unless quoted otherwise. Release quantities are determined by the customer unless otherwise specified.

What is the Marketplace's privacy policy?

PCB Marketplace holds all transactions and customer identity information in the strictest confidence. We do not share nor release customer information unless we get permission for you and tell you how we will use the information we release. All information is stored locally in a secure data center. All backup and archived information is likewise stored within the United States.

Where will my boards be manufactured?

It depends on you. You just have to specify what your specifications are and what your current expectations are as to price and time of delivery. We will find the right fabricator to do the job and confirm the availability of the slot. You may at any time specify that you wish to be provided with options and we will give you that choice.

What IPC standards will my boards be made to?

The Marketplace is capable of fulfilling just about any Association Standard you need to have including but not limited to: ITAR, RoCH, Mil Spec, NASA, ISO and more. If you need a certification for your order you just have to tell us what you need and we’ll take care of it for you.

Who do I contact if I have problems with my boards?

Total customer satisfaction is our commitment to you, the customer. If you have any issues with your boards please give your personal customer relationship manager a call immediately. We will take care of addressing your concerns with the supplier and making sure they get addressed properly.

Are my boards RoHS Compliant?

Yes they are. PCB Marketplace is concerned about the environment and takes the extra effort to work with suppliers to ensure compliance.
